Look who is hiring! Building All Cheri’s Intriguing Crystals has been one of my life’s most beautiful (and busiest!) journeys. What began as a healing outlet on my kitchen table has grown into a heart-centered business rooted in intention, empowerment, and connection.
Over the years, we’ve popped up at more than 50 markets annually, created hundreds of one-of-a-kind pieces, launched new product lines, and held space for holistic classes and community care. But here’s the truth — as much as I love doing all the things, they can no longer be done by one person.

As All Cheri continues to grow, so does our purpose: to connect with more people, reach new spaces, and reflect the diverse beauty of the communities we serve. The Role: Event Sales Representative (Contract Role)
We’re officially hiring Independent Contractor Event Sales Representatives to help represent All Cheri’s Intriguing Crystals at artisan and craft markets, pop-ups, and community events across the Greater Cincinnati area.
This is more than just a sales role. You’ll be the face of All Cheri—sharing our story, connecting with customers, and helping them find jewelry and crystal-infused products that resonate with their energy and story.
Quick Overview
Job Type: Contract | Part-Time, Flexible
Location: Greater Cincinnati Area – Art/Craft Markets & Community Events
Compensation: $15/hour + $15 per shift stipend (for food or parking) + tiered commission
Shift: Varies by event; includes 1 hour pre-event setup, full event duration, and 1 hour post-event breakdown
What You’ll Be Doing
- Arrive 1 hour before the event start time for setup (paid)
- Stay 1 hour after the event for breakdown (typically 30–45 minutes)
- Set up and tear down displays, including outdoor tents (10×10), tables, signage, and product merchandising
- Engage with customers — share the story, energy, and intention behind each product
- Process payments using Square or Shopify POS (training provided)
- Capture short video clips or photos for social media during events
- Collect email sign-ups, reviews, and feedback using QR codes and forms
- Sign off on event inventory, maintain an assigned event bank, and close out sales
- Maintain a professional, warm presence, even in fast-paced settings
- Work outdoors comfortably in varying weather conditions (most events are outside except during the indoor holiday season)
Who You Are
- Friendly, approachable, and dependable
- Comfortable talking to people and creating genuine connections
- Excited about jewelry, crystals, and holistic wellness (even if you’re still learning)
- Tech-comfortable — you can handle mobile checkout and QR tools with ease
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the region
- Positive, calm, and adaptable — even when the weather (or tent poles) don’t cooperate
Compensation & Commission
- $15/hour, including paid setup and breakdown time
- $15 per shift stipend for food or parking
- Tiered Commission:
- 5% on total sales for shows under $500
- 10% on total sales for shows $500 and above
- First event = paid training (hourly + stipend only, no commission)
- Payments processed 4–6 days post-event to allow for returns and reconciliation

No experience is required; sales experience is preferred! Training is provided, and enthusiasm, reliability, and great customer energy matter most.
How many events will I work each month?
