Refund policy
1. Returns for Merchandise

Eligibility:
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of product delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. -
Condition:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
2. Refund Policy for Classes and Digital Products

Non-Refundable Items:
Due to material costs, production specifications, and the nature of delivery, customized or commissioned products, classes, and digital products are non-refundable. -
Class Cancellations:
If you notify us via email or text at least 24 hours before a class, you will receive a credit for the amount paid. This credit can be applied toward future classes at the location where the course was purchased and must be used within six (6) months of the original purchase date. -
No-Shows & Late Cancellations:
No credits will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the class or for no-shows. -
Kit Arrangements:
For classes that include a kit, arrangements to pick up the kit may be made on a case-by-case basis. Please contact AC@AllCheri.com at least 24 hours before the class for further discussion.
3. Refunds (if applicable)

Return Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. -
Refund Calculation:
If approved, your refund will be processed for the purchase price minus the original shipping cost. -
Processing Time:
Your refund will be applied automatically to your original payment method within 15 business days after approval.
4. Late or Missing Refunds

5. Sale Items

Policy:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.
6. Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, please email us at AC@AllCheri.com. -
Shipping Damage:
If an item is damaged or lost during original shipping, we will either issue a refund or apply the payment as credit toward another purchase once the damaged item is returned.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns

Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. -
Shipping Recommendations:
If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
