At All Cheri's Intriguing Crystals, we're dedicated to offering you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We work hard daily to provide the highest level of responsiveness and care.

Processing Time:

We verify orders, tailor, quality-check, and package every item. All print-on-demand orders are sent to our manufacturers, or handmade items begin our creation process in-house within 72 hours of placement. Depending on the product, additional days may be needed to complete production, especially for handcrafted items—please refer to each product's description for specifics.

Shipping Time:

Shipping refers to the transit from our location or the manufacturer to your doorstep. International orders typically take 15–30 business days. Once the product is ready and shipped, the expected delivery time is noted in the product description. If your order hasn't arrived within the allotted window, please contact us at AC@AllCheri.com.

Multiple Shipments:

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, your order may arrive in separate shipments on different dates. Please review each item's processing and shipping details to know when to expect your purchases.

Note: Event purchases receive all communication via email and check-in at the event.
