From "Me" to "We" at All Cheri... We're Hiring!

2 minute read

Building All Cheri's Intriguing Crystals has been one of my life's most beautiful (and busiest!) journeys. What began as a healing outlet on my kitchen table has become a heart-centered business full of intention, empowerment, and connection. We've popped up at over 50 markets a year, created hundreds of one-of-a-kind pieces, launched new product lines, and held space for holistic classes and community care. But here's the real talk: as much as I love doing all the things… they can no longer be done by one person. So We (me) are Hiring!

As All Cheri continues to grow, so does our purpose—to connect with more people, reach new spaces, and reflect the diverse beauty of the communities we serve. That means expanding beyond what I can carry (literally and metaphorically) alone. It's time to bring in new energy, voices, and helping hands.

So here we are—officially hiring Independent Contractor Event Sales Representatives to help represent All Cheri at artisian and craft markets and pop-up events across the region.

These roles are more than just selling pretty things. They're about sharing stories, holding space, and sparking joy. We're looking for warm, grounded, curious, and maybe a little crystal-obsessed people who love engaging with others and believe in the power of small, intentional moments. It's not about having it all figured out—it's about showing up with heart, a good attitude, and maybe the ability to lift a tent pole or two.

This is a big deal for me—because I'm truly expanding beyond myself for the first time.

I'm excited to join the team and finally truly become a "we" instead of the "we," but really, it's an "I with a phone-a-friend help moment," lol.

If you or someone you know is looking for flexible, purposeful work in the Greater Cincinnati area, this could be the start of something special. You can check out the full detailsand feel free to reach out if you have questions.

Thank you for growing with me.

Here's to building something beautiful—together.
